Simon Hulstone

Chef owner of The Elephant in Torquay

Simon has been cooking professionally since his school days and is one of the UK’s most decorated chefs. He and his wife Katy took over The Elephant in 2003 and the restaurant has held a Michelin star for 14 years.

Passionate about sustainable and responsible sourcing, Simon especially champions the ingredients grown and reared on the restaurant’s dedicated farm in South Devon.
